We always recommend starting slow. For most, 2-3 days a week is a great way to kick start their fitness lifestyle while maintaining their busy schedule.

So, we challenge you to commit 2-3 days per week toward a healthier you.

Results

All our clients’ sessions are tracked within our custom app which allows both trainers and clients the ability to track results, upload progress photos, log nutrition, and log each workout. 

Private/Semi- Private

Training in a big-box gym filled with people can be very distracting with lots of wasted time waiting for equipment.

At AS fitness23, there are very limited downtime which allows our personal trainers and our clients to remain focused.

Within our private training facility, clients will gain the knowledge and confidence they need to maintain their healthy lifestyle.

Control 

You have the flexibility to control even the music you listen to as you workout. You have the ability to connect your own music device to our sound system, or stream live on one of our devices. Whatever you need to get you pumped up and ready for your workout.  

We tell all our clients “Whatever it takes to get to finish the workout let do it. Even singing”.
